The service is free to use, Credit pages created by users can be published publicly, allowing creators to showcase contributions and collaborators transparently.

User Responsibilities

As a user, you are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you publish on Creditr. By creating and sharing credit pages, you confirm that the information provided is truthful, respectful of others’ rights, and does not infringe on any intellectual property or privacy laws. Any disputes arising from the content of your pages are your responsibility, and Creditr disclaims liability for inaccuracies or legal violations.

You agree not to misuse the platform in any way, including by submitting false information, impersonating others, or using the service for unlawful purposes. Creditr reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or compromise the integrity of the platform.

Public Page Visibility

When you publish a credit page, it becomes publicly accessible and may be indexed by search engines. By publishing, you acknowledge and accept that the information is available to a global audience. If you wish to modify or delete a page, you can do so through your account settings. Creditr does not actively monitor the content of public pages but retains the right to intervene in cases of reported abuse or violations of these terms.

Content Moderation and Reporting

Although Creditr does not actively monitor the content published by its users, we reserve the right to remove or modify content that violates our Terms of Service, infringes on intellectual property rights, or breaches applicable laws. Users can report content they believe to be inappropriate, defamatory, or in violation of rights by contacting us at creditr.page@gmail.com. Creditr will investigate such reports and take appropriate action at its sole discretion, which may include content removal or account suspension.

Data Accuracy and User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that any information you include in the credit pages you create is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Creditr does not validate or verify the content posted by users and cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or disputes that may arise from the published pages. If inaccuracies or disputes are reported, Creditr reserves the right to temporarily unpublish the page while reviewing the issue.

To monitor and improve the platform, Creditr collects anonymized data on public page views and user interactions. This data helps us understand how the platform is used and identify opportunities for enhancement. By using Creditr, you consent to the collection of such non-personal data.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Creditr platform, including its design, functionality, and codebase, belongs exclusively to Creditr or its licensors.
